1. Description of Service

Curio is a personal intelligence platform operated by Leosoft Limited ("we," "our," or "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16934445), that provides:

• AI-Powered Morning Briefings: Personalized daily summaries of your news and calendar events
• News Aggregation: Curated content from RSS feeds and sources you select
• Calendar Integration: Event awareness and intelligent dossiers for your meetings
• Email Integration: Send emails via AI assistant (Google); inbox digest available with Microsoft Outlook
• Task Management: Integration with Todoist and Microsoft To Do, plus AI-assisted task extraction from notes
• Note-Taking: Rich text notes with AI-powered task and event extraction

By accessing or using Curio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Curio. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We use Microsoft Entra External ID for authentication. Your account security is also subject to Microsoft's security practices.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use Curio for lawful, personal, and professional productivity purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate Laws: Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Infringe Rights: Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Abuse the Service: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Spam or Harass: Use the Service to send spam or harass others
• Reverse Engineer: Decompile or attempt to extract source code
• Automate Access: Use bots or scripts without permission
• Circumvent Security: Bypass security measures

4.3 Content Standards

Content you create or store in Curio must not be illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

Curio, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Leosoft and protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create in Curio. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

6. AI-Powered Features

6.1 AI Processing

Curio uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to provide features including event dossiers, task extraction, email drafting, and content recommendations.

6.2 AI Limitations

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• AI recommendations are suggestions, not professional advice
• You should verify important information independently

6.3 Human Oversight

AI features assist, not replace, human judgment. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending emails and confirming AI-extracted events and tasks.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party outages.

8. Fees and Payment

Curio is currently offered free during our early access period. We may introduce paid tiers in the future with at least 30 days notice.

9. Termination

9.1 Your Right to Terminate

You may delete your account at any time by emailing contact@leosoft.company with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Upon deletion:

• Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• Connected third-party integrations will be revoked
• This action is irreversible

9.2 Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services (Google, Microsoft, etc.) or AI-generated content. Curio provides productivity tools, not professional advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEOSOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or one hundred pounds (£100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leosoft from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact us at contact@leosoft.company to attempt informal resolution.

13.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

For EU/UK consumers, you may refer disputes to the Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .

14. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Leosoft regarding the Service.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
